I offer 1-to-1 coaching in health, wellbeing, nervous system regulation, life and where relevant, business. Ever session is tailored entirely to you and your goals.
All sessions are guided by you and your goals. My role as your coach is to help guide you towards your goals.
Coaching sessions are an hour long, they aer a safe, judgement free space where you can be entirely yourself.
We will also discuss the impact on your nervous system and sometimes run through supportive nervous system regulation techniques and other holistic tools that may be beneficial to you.
I always recommend working with me for 12 weeks as this is how long it takes to make real change. Many clients choose to continue beyond 12 weeks.

No. Coaching is forward-focussed, we work toward where you want to go, not back through everything that has happened. I am however, trauma-informed and hold everything you bring with care. If I feel you need additional therapeutic support, I will always let you know.
