Most confidence coaching gives you the tools that work on the surface such as "fake it til you make it", or change your thoughts, etc.
I go deeper than that.
I draw on life coaching, positive psychology, NLP, nervous system regulation, emotional processing and health and nutrition coaching. I help you understand why you have been stuck and change it.
This is why the results last. Confidence build on self-knowledge doesn't disappear when life gets hard.
