Feel Like you are Living a life that isn't quite yours?

I believe most women already know, somewhere deep down, what they want. The problem is, often they don't trust that knowing - or they are afraid of what choosing it will cost them.

I also believe that a fulfilling life doesn't happen by accident, you build it. Through self-awareness, self-discovery and self-trust. And when you start living in alignment with your own values rather than everyone else's expectations of you.

That is what I help women with now.

My Story

I spent years being very good at performing a list that looked good to everyone else. A good relationship, a successful career, nice house. Everything ticked off the perfect life list - yet something felt wrong.

I couldn't describe it, but my body kept sending me signals, through burnout, illness, withdrawal and persistent feelings that something was missing. I felt lost, but I was so busy looking after everyone else and meeting their expectations, that I never stopped to ask myself what I actually wanted.

When I became a mother, that started to change. I began figuring out who I was and what example I wanted to set for my children.
I left the career I had built and set up a business that allowed me to work around my children, because they needed to see that they were my priority and I knew that I needed to live differently.

I wasn't easy, but it changed my life in the best way.

And then life got harder before it got easier. I went through burnout, then divorce and the rebuilt everything - my life, my business and my sense of self - while raising my children solo and running multiple businesses at the same time.

What got me through wasn't willpower or positive affirmations. It was learning to listen to my body, understand my patterns and trust myself completely.

The thing that changed it all for me was discovering nervous system work, when I trained as a Nervous System Regulation Practitioner, everything clicked. I finally understood why I had been stuck in patterns I could see but couldn't shift. Why knowing what I need hadn't been enough to change it. And why the body needs to be included in this work, not just the mind.

That's when Empowered Calm was born.

Why I do this work...

If I had found this sooner - the confidence to trust myself, to stop living by other people's rules, to understand why my body was responding the way it was, I would have made very different choices in life.

I believe everything happens for a reason and I wouldn't change my path, but I can help other women get there sooner.
