The Safe & Sound Protocol

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a clinically developed, evidence-based listening therapy. Delivered through specially filtered music, it works directly with your nervous system, without you having to talk. It is gentle and non-invasive.

The SSP has been shown to be helpful in reducing symptoms and supporting overall health and resilience for people seeking support in:

Anxiety, chronic stress or overwhelm

Trauma history or emotional dysregulation

Sleep difficulties and fatigue

Sensory or auditory processing challenges

Low mood or burnout

Attention and focus difficulties (including ADHD and Autism)

Physical tension and chronic health issues linked to stress.

Wellbeing

Most of us are so busy doing everything that we have stopped listening to ourselves. Wellbeing coaching helps you rebuild that connection, to your body, your intuition and what you actually want.

Together, we will look at your life, your pattens and your goals and use a range of evidence based tools to help you make aligned choices on a daily basis.
