I’m a multiple business owner and coach, passionate about supporting women who feel overwhelmed, overloaded, and ready for something to change. For years, I built a successful business and a life that looked good on the outside, but inside I was exhausted, disconnected, and slowly losing my sense of self. In 2020, burnout forced me to stop and became the turning point that changed everything.

Since then, I’ve explored healing, journaling, nervous system regulation, alignment, and the deeper patterns that keep women stuck in survival mode. I now understand how easy it is to people please, ignore the signals your body is sending, and keep living by other people’s expectations until you no longer recognise what you need or want.
