A 12 week programme.

12 weeks of deep, personalised coaching, designed to help you rebuild your confidence from the inside out.

By the end of the 12 weeks you will know who you are, what you want and you will have the confidence to choose it.

Best for: low confidence, Ongoing stress, emotional eating, burnout, chronic illness and lifestyle reset.

Reset Sessions

3 sessions to be used over 6 weeks.

A focussed coaching package to help you shift out of overwhelm and into clarity. Tailored support where you need it most, whether its sleep, emotional regulation, weight management or nutrition.

Best for: targeted support or getting back on track.

Safe & Sound Protocol

Supported listening package with ongoing listening for 3 months.

A powerful, evidence-based listening programme to support nervous system regulation. Particularly helpful for neurodiverse clients, anxiety, trauma recovery or chronic dysregulation.

This can be delivered as a standalone programme or as part of your 1:1 programme.

Delivered remotely and suitable for adults and children.

Sleep Calm

Self-paced downloadable guide.
