By using this website and/or purchasing coaching, products, or services from The Empowered Calm Co. (operated by Ali Conacher), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with any part of the website or services.

2. Use of Website

All content provided on this website is for informational and personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the website without prior written consent..

3. Coaching Services

Coaching services offered are for personal development and wellness support. They do not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. By engaging in coaching, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health, decisions, and actions

4. Payments & Booking

All payments are processed securely via Stripe through the Smart Growth System platform. By purchasing a session or programme, you agree to the payment terms shown at checkout.

For programmes with multiple sessions, you must schedule all sessions within 4 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund Policy

- Power Hours and Single Sessions: Refunds are available with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled session.

- Programmes: Refunds are not generally offered once the first session has taken place, unless under exceptional circumstances. Please email [email protected] if you wish to discuss.

- Missed Appointments: Missed or late appointments may not be rescheduled or refunded unless notified in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (PDFs, videos, worksheets, etc.) are the intellectual property of The Empowered Calm Co. and may not be shared, sold, or redistributed without permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for how your data is collected, used, and stored in compliance with GDPR.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
