How do the 6 sessions work, do I have to use them weekly?

No, this programme is designed to be flexible. You will have 6 sessions to use within 6 months. Some clients prefer fortnightly or monthly session, others start more intensively. If after your initial 6 sessions you want to book more, you can.

Can this help with medical conditions

Yes - health coaching works well alongside medical treatment for conditions such a diabetes, high cholesterol or perimenopause. I don't diagnose or treat, but I will support you in building habits that improve your wellbeing.

Is this a medical or weight loss programme?

No - this is a coaching experience, not medical treatment or weight loss specific. I do no diagnose or prescribe. Instead, we work together on realistic, sustainable changes to your nutrition, lifestyle and habits. If you are under medical care, this programme can complement it.

Will I get a personalised meal plan?

No. I don't provide rigid meal plans. Instead we will explore foods, routines and patterns that support your energy, mood and health goals. You will discover what works for your body and lifestyle, rather than following a one-size fits all rule.

I'm going through perimenopause - will this still work for me?

Yes, in fact many women find health coaching especially helpful during perimenopause. Together we can focus on nutrition, sleep, energy and lifestyle strategies that support you through hormonal shifts.

What if my energy crash is due to a medical condition?

If you have a medical condition, this coaching can still support you by helping you build sustainable health habits around your treatment. We won't replace medical advice, but we will work on strategies that improve your day-to-day wellbeing.

How soon will I see results?

It depends on your goals and consistency. Many clients notice improvements in energy, focus and sleep within a few weeks, while longer-term changes (like weight management or hormonal balance) develop gradually over months.

About me

I'm Ali, a certified health and wellness coach, trained in nervous system regulation, nutrition and holistic wellbeing. But more than that, I am a woman who understands what it's like to carry too much for too long.


I've lived through the burnout, identity shifts and the strong on the outside crumbling on the inside life that happens when you are always there for everyone else but never for yourself.

My work is rooted in calm, clarity and compassion. I guide women, especially mums and quiet over-functioners, back to themselves using gentle coaching, intuitive tools and nervous system support.
