Yes - The Calm Reset is designed to address the root causes of burnout by combining nervous system regulation, body-first energy support and mindset coaching.
If the idea of weekly sessions feels too much, this programme is intentionally spread out so that you have 8 sessions over 12 weeks. There's flexibility, gentle accountability and support throughout.

This is coaching - present-focussed and future guided. We don't diagnose or dig into childhood trauma, but we hold space for emotions and patterns with care and compassion.
If during sessions I feel you might find therapy more supportive, I will gently signpost you.
Each session is a safe, calm and judgement free space where we focus on you. We begin with a check-in and explore what is coming up for you. We will gently work through any patterns, habits or emotions that may be draining you or causing you stress. You will leave with clarity, tools and a feeling of roundedness. During the session there is no pressure and no judgement, just calm and intuitive support.

I'm Ali, a certified health and wellness coach and nervous system practitioner, trained in nutrition, mindset and holistic wellbeing. More importantly, I know what it's like to look fine on the outside while quietly falling apart inside.
My work is rooted in calm, clarity and compassion. I guide women (especially mums and quiet over-functioners) back to themselves using gentle coaching, intuitive tools and nervous system support.
