About me

I'm Ali, a certified health and wellness coach, trained in nervous system regulation, nutrition and holistic wellbeing. But more than that, I am a woman who understands what it's like to carry too much for too long.


I've lived through the burnout, identity shifts and the strong on the outside crumbling on the inside life that happens when you are always there for everyone else but never for yourself.

My work is rooted in calm, clarity and compassion. I guide women, especially mums and quiet over-functioners, back to themselves using gentle coaching, intuitive tools and nervous system support.

No diagnosis is needed. Many women start working with me when they suspect perimenopause but haven't had a confirmation. This support is designed to help you feel better, understand your body and advocate for yourself when needed during diagnosis.

I'm not sure if my symptoms are hormonal or just stress - can this still help?

Yes, definitely. Stress and hormones are deeply connected. We will gently explore what's going on in your body and life and support both, so you feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

Will I get a nutrition plan or supplement advice?

As a coach I don't prescribe nutrition or supplements, but I can guide you to supportive resources and share what's helped others in a similar phase. I will help you explore what feels nourishing and realistic for your body and your lifestyle - so its not about following another plan, but building more trust in what works for you.

What if I'm not ready to commit to 12 weeks?
