About me

I'm Ali, a certified health and wellness coach, trained in nervous system regulation, nutrition and holistic wellbeing. But more than that, I am a woman who understands what it's like to carry too much for too long.
I've lived through the burnout, identity shifts and the strong on the outside crumbling on the inside life that happens when you are always there for everyone else but never for yourself.

My work is rooted in calm, clarity and compassion. I guide women, especially mums and quiet over-functioners, back to themselves using gentle coaching, intuitive tools and nervous system support.

If you have been telling everyone that you are "fine" when you feel anything but, this is my invitation for you to exhale and reconnect with yourself, your needs, energy and desires.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

No problem - you can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice.

Do I need to prepare anything before the sessions?

No preparation needed. You will receive a questionnaire before we begin so I can tailor our time together. Then just show up as you are. This is a space where you can be 100% yourself.

Is this coaching or therapy?

This is coaching - present-focussed and future guided. We don't diagnose or dig into childhood trauma, but we hold space for emotions and patterns with care and compassion.
If during sessions I feel you might find therapy more supportive, I will gently signpost you.

What can I expect in a session?

Each session is a safe, calm and judgement free space where we focus on you. We begin with a check-in and explore what is coming up for you. We will gently work through any patterns, habits or emotions that may be draining you or causing you stress. You will leave with clarity, tools and a feeling of roundedness. During the session there is no pressure and no judgement, just calm and intuitive support.

What kinds of tools or practices will we use?

That will depend on what feels right for you and what is coming up for you at the time. I might suggest nervous system techniques, breath work, simple journalling prompts, meditations or gently lifestyle tweaks. All tools and practices are optional and designed to feel supportive, not overwhelming. These sessions are yours.

Is coaching a good fit if I am going through a big life change?

Absolutely, many women come to this experience during times of transition - divorce, burnout, perimenopause, career change, young children or simply feeling lost. You don't need to have everything figured out, this is a gentle supportive space for you to find yourself and give yourself space to recalibrate.

Can I upgrade to a longer packaged if I want to continue after 4 weeks?

Yes and many clients do. If you choose to continue your growth journey, you will receive priority access to longer packages that I offer.
