I offer two options of shorter term support. These are for people who are struggling with overwhelm and aren't ready to commit to a longer-term programme.
I offer a 3 session package to be used over 6 weeks, you book sessions to suit you. These sessions are perfect for building more awareness, learning how to manage stress levels, working through smaller health and nutrition challenges and building new practices.
I also offer a WhatsApp package which is suitable for people who are feeling overwhelmed and need day-to-day support.
If you are ready to make a real transformation, this is for you. The Calm Confidence Programme offers bi-weekly sessions over 3 months as well as WhatsApp or email accountability between sessions.

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a powerful listening therapy designed to help regulate the nervous system, the part of your body that controls how you respond to stress, safety and connection.
The SSP can be particularly effective in supporting people with:
- anxiety, stress or overwhelm
- emotional dysregulation
- sleep difficulties
- low mood or burnout
- attention or focus difficulties (including ADHD and Autism)
The SSP is suitable for both adults and children.
Hi, I'm Ali.
I am a Health & Wellness Coach and Nervous System Regulation Practitioner. I also hold certifications in The Safe & Sound Protocol, NLP, Positive Psychology and I am Trauma-Informed.
I believe that chronic stress and overwhelm often come from living lives that don't truly fit us. We are influenced by what others expect - partners, parents, social media - we lose sight of ourselves.
I started my journey in coaching when I noticed how many women were struggling with overwhelm. The more I learnt about the nervous system and health and nutrition the more I recognised how these 3 elements are heavily influencing our lives. Everything we consume is setting us off balance, impacting our mood, nervous system and ultimately how we live our lives.
I am passionate about helping women create a life they don't want to escape from. I use a holistic set of tools from the modalities I have studied and used for years to help women break the overwhelm and start living the life they want.
I went into coaching feeling slightly dubious, but I came out enlightened — with an almost calm, new self-confidence. Ali helped me discover feelings and solutions I didn't know were within me.
