    We identify what has been draining you, what is keeping you stuck and what your body has been trying to tell you.

  • Phase 2 - Support your nervous system

    Using The Safe & Sound Protocol and Nervous System tools to start calming your system fro the inside, reducing reactivity and stabilising your mood and energy.

  • Phase 3 - Build new foundations

    We will look at nutrition, sleep, boundaries and routines and build a plan together to reduce your future overwhelm.

  • Phase 4 - Break the patterns

    We will work through behaviours and stress loops that you have been repeating for years.

  • Phase 5 - Reconnect with yourself

    When you are feeling clear and calm, we focus on joy, direction, confidence, identity, purpose and what you want next.

About me

I'm Ali, a stress health and wellbeing coach and nervous system practitioner, trained in nutrition, mindset and holistic wellbeing. More importantly, I know what it's like to look fine on the outside while quietly falling apart inside.

My work is rooted in calm, clarity and compassion. I guide women (especially mums and quiet over-functioners) back to themselves using gentle coaching, intuitive tools and nervous system support.

Do I need to be "really struggling" to do this?

No. Many women I work with feel overwhelmed, tired or unlike themselves, but still “function.”
You don’t have to wait for things to get worse.

I don't have much time, will I be able to fit this in?

Yes, I have designed this method to fit in around your life. Nothing intense, nothing that adds pressure. It's the small steps that make a big difference

I am worried about investing in myself, is that normal?

Yes, completely. So many women feel this way. You can book a call so that we can talk through how the method words to help you feel safe, clear and supported before making any decisions, there is absolutely no pressure or obligation on this call.

I have already tired so many things, how do I know this will work?

This method works with you as an individual, we will look at your nervous system, hormones, stress patterns, nutrition and routines, not just one area of your life. Doing this means we can find where the biggest impact is, and create change that actually lasts.

What if I am not sure I am ready?

That's completely fine, please reach out by email or book a call if you have any questions, and take your time. Programmes like this only work when you are ready to embrace them.

How much time doing I need to commit each week?

Not as much as you think. Many women I work with are already stretched thin, and my aim is to support you in a way that works with you, not adding more pressure. You will have a session every other week, and the rest of the time is it small, simple steps to start implementing naturally into your life.
