I developed this programme to bring together my knowledge of nervous system regulation, heath & nutrition coaching and mindset work.

This programme is for you if you are ready for change, you want to be held accountable and in 3 months time you want to be living a happier, healthier life.

This programme is not about adding more to your to-do list. I know so many women come to me overwhelmed.

During the 3 months we work together, you will set goals build new habits and routes, explore blocks and limitations and learn techniques for reducing stress and overwhelm.

  • Bi-weekly coaching sessions (6 in total)
